Your Responsibilities

As a Project Developer for new real estate projects, you will be responsible for the development process. Your main tasks include:
> Acquiring properties and evaluating property offers
> Creating feasibility studies and economic efficiency calculations
> Developing suitable product concepts based on legal zoning, local and market-specific conditions
> Coordinating the zoning and building permit process, taking into account the respective product concepts
> Developing the marketing concept and managing the marketing agency
> Handing over projects to project management, which will take over project control
> Being the point of contact for clients during the project
> Commissioning and coordinating the sales partner for the sale of the developed residential units

Your Profile

> You have several years of experience in real estate development.
> You have successfully developed projects.
> Ideally, you have a degree in Real Estate Business, Real Estate Technology, Real Estate Economics, or you have studied business administration with a focus on real estate. Degrees in architecture, industrial engineering, or civil engineering are also welcome.
> You bring in-depth knowledge of building regulation and planning law and ideally have an affinity for historical preservation or alternatively experience in social housing.
> Challenging project development brings you joy, and you enjoy finding clever solutions.
> You have excellent German language skills and are open to digital work.
> English and Spanish language skills are advantageous.
